She then moved to P&H Solutions in Newton, Massachusetts, where she served as Senior Vice President of Product and Sales Support for 11 years. Under her leadership, the company developed its first business-oriented Internet payment platform, capturing 80% of the U.S. banking market and leading to a successful acquisition by ACI Worldwide in 2006.

Her tenure at ACI Worldwide lasted seven years, during which time she held the position of Senior Vice President, Solutions Consulting and Sales Support. This role took her worldwide, allowing her to contribute significantly to the company's expansion by providing real-time payment solutions in 95 countries.

Subsequently, Monteith played a pivotal role at BlueSnap for over a decade. There, she was instrumental in developing the Payment Orchestration Platform™, facilitating more accessible and more efficient global payment solutions for B2B and B2C merchants. Her work helped establish a robust network of over 30 global banks, enhancing local and international payment processing capabilities.
